Wii LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures

LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures is being released at a perfect time. All the hype surrounding the new Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull has gotten people so nostalgic about Indy its unbelieveable.

People from all ages remember Indiana Jones, which makes it a perfect match for Nintendo's Wii Console. Nintendo, from the start has been trying to open up the Video Gamer demographic to an older crowd.

But I digress, today I rented LEGO Indiana Jones with my girlfriend. A compromise.. I wanted to rent the new Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, and she wanted to BUY Wii Fit. Not much of a compromise, because I am familiar with the LEGO type games. I had previously played LEGO Star Wars, and loved it.

So we flash up the Wii, slap in Indiana Jones, and away we go. You start off with two characters in the famous cave scene from temple of doom. The characters all have a cutesy look to them, and when people are killed they scatter into an assortment of lego blocks. But no worries about dying, because all it causes is a drop in your points.

I recommend this game to everyone, but keep in mind there are several difficult puzzles to solve, so it helps to have a friend join you.
