When Nintendo launched Wii fit at the end of May 2008, and selling 700,000 copies since, it changed the way some people thought about video games.

Instead of sitting around for 4 hours stuffing their mouths with potato chips and pop, Wii Fit is getting people off the couches and moving around in their living rooms, with sometimes surprising results.
